For more than two decades, Mathew served in the military, where his sharp expertise and cool-headed leadership shone brightest as an MQ-9 Remotely Piloted Aircraft Mission Crew Element Instructor and Evaluator Sensor Operator. With over 1,000 hours of mission and recovery experience across joint and coalition task forces, he thrived in high-stakes environments, proving time and again his knack for guiding teams through complexity.

Mathew’s military journey took him across the globe—Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan’s Bagram and Kandahar Airfields, Operation Iraqi Freedom in Irbil, Iraq, and even Operation Autumn Return in Accra, Ghana, to name a few. Whether overseeing multi-million-dollar projects or ensuring safety and quality as a Force Protection Program Manager and Construction Surveillance Administrator, he led with precision and purpose. From managing teams of 200+ to steering $300M+ initiatives, Mathew’s ability to deliver under pressure became his hallmark.

After hanging up his uniform, Mathew channeled that same drive into Vetrepreneurship, founding Loggerhead Dynamics in the vibrant Tampa Bay, Florida. As the heart of the operation, he’s hands-on—crafting strategies, managing projects, and keeping everything humming, from budgets to compliance with federal and local standards.
